USB plug to replace power port on 2008 Rubi

I've had this idea for awhile, but I'd like remove the power port and replace it with a USB port. Seems like 99% of what I plug is a USB cable to charge a device. The only exception is my GPS and I can use the 2nd port for that one. Is there an aftermarket kit that already does this? I was headed down a path of taking an aftermarket carcharger and hacking it to fit, but then with the newer jeeps already having USB charging I figured that someone had already come up with a replacement option. Thoughts?

Whatever you do, don't leave anything, at all, plugged in 100% of the time on the "always hot" passenger side port. There have been numerous burn-downs from doing that.

Just installing something like a USB charger that accepts different cables would be the easiest and leave it in the cig lighter. No real need to over complicate it more than that.

That's what I've been doing, but was looking for a "cleaner" option.
