Carson HPK horn questions

WTF is difference between these two?

More expensive
http://www.carson-mfg.com/hpk-100-an...hpk-150-system

less
http://www.emergencycity.com/Product...ode=CA-HPK-100

Second one seems to have a different amp but is significantly less. Anyone have experience with these horns?

Anyone want to offer an better alternative?

The 150 has a waterproof amp so you can mount everything under the hood. With the 100 the amp has to be mounted in the cab somewhere. Pricing will vary, the first link is the manufacturer so any prices you find on there will be higher.
