what is the purpose of an electrical wire shown in the attached picture?

Could you tell me what is the purpose for the electrical wire shown in the attached picture?
This is unused electrical connector on the bottom section of a radiator frame.

I was looking for the best place to connect small day time running led strip-light.

Outside Temperature sensor...not much you can do with that.
