Horn Not Working, but Panic and Cruise Do...

First, please note, I have read the first two pages of search under "Horn Not Working," and "Horn Quit Working"...

That being said, here's the story:

Saturday, I woke-up, and as I was walking to the kitchen, the horn started going off. Not like when you hit the panic button, but just non-stop. I looked out the window, and there was no one there, so I went and got the keys, and just as I picked them up, it stopped. Hasn't happened again...

However, when I got in it later that afternoon, the TPMS Idiot-Light started telling me that it was not functioning correctly (not that there was a flat, just not working right). Blah blah blah... Now, it's Friday, and I have to get my shit inspected (of course...!).

Guess what?!? Apparently, the full-minute blow on Saturday was the horn's death rattle...
  • The Panic Button sets it off just fine.
  • The Cruise works wonderfully.

My question is, where should I start? Horn switch in the wheel, or straight to clock-spring?

Thanks, guys.

I'd start with the fuse box. Fuse or relay is my guess... Alarm honks horn from a different power, I believe.
