Flashing computer question

a couple of months ago my 2007 jk decided it wouldn't start on occasion so i took it into the dealer for a check up. i found out i had a bad battery and it corroded several inches of my wiring harness so they gave me a new battery and harness. my questions is will i have to have them flash my computer again for everything they had already done to it? the battery was off for a week and who knows if they cleared anything. i don't feel like driving down the road and everything shut off again. plus i believe there was a tsb for the tranny computer portion and i noticed the jeep being a little bit of a dog when taking off after this was done. i wasn't sure if this had anything to do with it. thanks

No, you will not need to. The flash actually writes the info to the MUT tables or ROM. Reprogramming it so to speak. the only info erased is "learned" info that the ECU gathers to detirmine driving habits and such. May feel a little slugish for a few miles while it "relearns"
