Clutch interlock bypass does it exist? 07

I have done an automatic transmission swap in my 07 3.8 JK
the TIPM will not accept a flash at the dealer telling it that it is an automatic so in order to start the Jeep I have to ground the yellow wire from the interlock switch then unhook the ground wire before shifting or I get TRS codes "Transmission Range Select" and the shift indicator lights on the dash disappear and the other issue is that the Jeep will start in gear.
I read the 07 FSM and found the exact same info on Chrysler dealer connect and it had a notation in there to check the PDC cover for a relay to bypass the clutch interlock yeah they actually called it a PDC and not the TIPM
also it said the system will bypass the clutch interlock in 4 low which mine currently does not. I have been receiving help from Jtrain who has done an auto conversion and he does not have these issues. If I can bypass the clutch interlock with a simple solution would be nice if not I will need to put a momentary switch in there until a solution is found. Has anyone successfully
been able to bypass the clutch interlock in 2wd?

Yes the used auto computer was used and it took my vin to match the skim key and likes the auto but the tipm is also programable and will not change to trans - auto it thinks its a manual and spits out an auto vin when he tried the one from the auto controller which is built into the engine controller
Lots of electronic systems need to work together
