Need help wiring my frnt side marker lights!!

I have my PSC fenders on and bought the LED lights to put in them. I have cut the two wires as stated but I am not getting any juice to them. I have used the test light with the blinker on and nothing. It does not appear that the frot singnals or side markers have a fuse. I have ground the lights etc, but not shoiwing any juice. Any thoughts.. Help is greatly appreciated.

IIRC the factory side markers did not blink, and only functioned when the lights were on. Flip your stalk to running lights and test your connection then.
