Arrow Dually Rigid Industries Install TIPS by Manny

How to get a good looking installation?

Follow the steps below:
  • Remove the two screws on the front of windhield, the two screws on the central grill hood and windshield wipers.
  • Place the braket on the windshield so you will be able to center it later.
  • Mount the light on the braket so you can easy work with the cables without damage your paint.

  • Insert the cable connector below the central grill hood lifting it slightly.
  • Insert the wires behind the main wiring without disconnecting anything leading up to the battery.

  • All the install will only take you 20min to get it done. I will add pictures of the switch tomorrow. I couldn't download them from the camera.
NOW YOUR JEEP WILL LOOKS LIKE THIS:

Am using Ruged Ridge Brackets on this set up. Let me tell you guys that this this bracket has a rubber boot on the back to protect the paint and future rust that is generated in that area.

These are great lights. I am using a pair in the rear bumper and they are incredibly bright for their size.

Thanks guys. It was a very easy install. I am using a Hanson bumper with the tire swing. The space was there so all we had to do was drill a hole to mount each light and then wire them up. They work great and fit perfectly. I am a big fan of the Rigid LEDs and I even found out at SEMA this year that they used a picture of my JK in their current catalog. I was shocked and flattered to see a picture of my rig on the big screen in their booth at SEMA! That totally made my day!!! So far all of the Rigid LEDs have worked perfectly!

This is the picture they used in the catalog.

I've got a variety of LED lights going and have been thinking of adding a pair of Dualies in back for reverse lights.

LEDs are the future...

Hey Manny; Do you know if Dually D2's would fit there on the Rugged Ridge brackets? I guess D2's are slightly bigger then 2x2 Duallys?
Which beam pattern do you recommend on the windshield hinges?

Nice Technomarine btw
