2011 Steering Wheel Issues

While driving home today I noticed the control switches on the steering wheel don't light up or work. I tried hitting the "setup" button to switch the displayed information and all the other buttons, but the only ones that work are the cruise control. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it?

I assume you tried the reset button and nothing happened? Smells like dealer warranty to me!

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago. Extremely annoyed, I hit the steering wheel with my fist just above the buttons once and it started working again. You might have to whack it twice. Try it.

Has happened twice so far. Half an hour in the dealership later was on the road.
