Need some creative wiring ideas

My daylighters came in today and I started to install them and noticed that short of zip-tying the wires to the tube I have no place to run the wiring! I was kind of hoping I could drill a hole in the tube right behind mounting tab and just run the wires through the tube but there is a plate under where the tube would be inside the bumper and there is no way I am getting a drill in there. Any ideas? The bumper is a rockhard shorty

The shop at work I think has one. What where you thinking? Removing the bar and drill an access hole then weld back in place?

OT Just noticed your location. I'm getting ready to buy a house in Piney Orchard.

I have an idea. Maybe not the best? How about drilling through the sides of the bumper. Positioning the drill so that the bit will go through the top of the bumper and into the tube. Then you coul just plug the outside hole.

Dude, Black zipties, FTW.

You can buy a black wire covering and just zip tie them to the bar. You'll hardly know it's there.

EDIT:
Here's a pic of how I did mine.

What about welding some small tabs on the back side of the hoop to zip tie the wires to?

Just zip tie it or loom and zip tie it.

Hidden wires "look cool" right up to the point one of them shorts out or corrodes in the middle of a tube and you are trying to hunt down your problem.

Thanks for the input guys. I called my dad for his expert opinion and he had suggested drilling a hole in the tubing under the light brackets. One at the base of the tubing and one in the bumper at the base of the tubing. Seems like a lot of work and shorting wires inside the tubing makes sense.
