I have a cheap Midland and I mounted it to the center console on the passenger side.

There is a bolt that I removed on the side and used to mount the bracket to hold the CB.

I have my Cobra 128GTL temporarily mounted through a broken glove box. I'll eventually move it to a Tuffy Center console or overhead once I have an aftermarket cage.

I mounted mine over the rear view mirror. I then hid the wires under the plastic trim. I alaso included a quick disconnect plug so I can pull the CB down and hide it when the topis off

If you're gonna be fucking weird, own it.

This is what I did with my Midland, but on the driver's side so I could hear the speaker better.

I mounted a Cobra 29 above the mirror using a custom made mount bolted to my Rockhard cage. Mic is on a Cooltech mount. Set-up is solid with no vibration, does not show in the mirror while in the driver seat, is out of the way of your head while getting in the jeep, and the mic cord does not block the driver view out the windshield.

Have mine above the radio with velcro. I only use it on the trail so it makes it easy to remove. Plus it can be hidden when topless. But don't rely on the factory compass with it there. The speaker magnet throws it off

The rubicon is a 29 km. river in northern Italy. "Crossing the rubicon" is a popular idiom meaning to pass a point of no return. Originating from Ceasaer's 49 BC crossing of the river, which was considered an act of war
