LEDs not working

Hello everyone! Im new at electrical work so please bare with me. I currently have DV-8 LED taillights that worked fine. I recently got new barricade fender flares and they had small LED light bars in them. I hooked the first one up and it worked fine, but had to unhook it to continue installing the fender flare. I finally got both front fenders on and hooked up, but neither LED bars will work. And my rear lights dont light up when the parking lights are on. Luckily they still light up when i brake and turn my blinker on. But Im stumped as to what is going on. I had a 15 fuse blow, but I put a new one in and still nothing. Am i overloading that circuit?
Thank you for your help!

The TIPM monitors the circuits. if there is something wrong it will turn them off.

Try unhooking one thing at a time and restarting the vehicle and see if the tail lights start working again.

Also, was there a small resistor that you had to wire in with the LEDs?
