Which capacitor in uf or pf for LED headlights?

Hey folks, does anyone know the minimum capacitance required to eliminate the flicker with LED headlights? I am sure that there is some mathematical formula to figure it out. Anyone know it?

I have the OEM 2017 LED headlights and have enabled LED headlights using the JScan OBDD-II tool but I still get a slight amount of noticeable flicker when the jeep is running. For me, adding a capacitor in parallel to the lights is an easy/simple solution but I want to use the minimum required so that the capacitors drain off quickly. I only need enough capacitance to fill the valleys of the PWM voltage if you know what I mean.

I have seen recommendations for all of the following but no solid answers:

10,000uf @ 35v
4,700uf @ 35v
