Power Lock Issues

Hey guys. Hoping someone can help me figure out what my issue is. I bought my 2011 Jk in October and noticed a little while back that the front passenger door did not lock with any of the buttons. I can lock the door manually or with the key the good old fashion way, but if I forget to lock it and someone goes to jump in they set off the alarm. I took the door apart to look and the wiring seems to have been bypassed and hot wired in one area. Oddly enough the lock controls on the passenger door will lock and unlock every door but the passenger door. And the windows all function fine. Any idea if there is a way to get this back functioning or am I going to have to re-wire the door. I will try and attach pictures to the post once I get their file size down.
