need rear ACC

I need a rear ACC and rather than run one I'd like to use one that's already there.
I have a 2015 JKU without rear power outlet. On the passenger side, there's a quick connect that I think supplies power to those jeeps that have the outlet. According to everything I've read it's powered by the M7 fuse. However, no mater how I position the fuse (constant or ACC) I do not get power in the quick connect.
Any ideas?

OK, more reading and googling suggests that this can't be done. On the 2016 Sports the rear harness may look awesome but it's not connected to anything. Jeep simply saved money by reusing part of a harness.

I'll run my own ACC.
