Broken ground strap

I was under the jeep today and noticed a ground strap just hanging. I have had a few no crank issues lately and I think this may be the reason. It looks like its coming from the pass. side firewall then under the fuse box and that's where it ends. Where is it supposed to be attached to? I tried searching, any one have a pic or diagram of the engine grounds.

TIA
Brian

Go ahead and replace it with a ground cable, 10 -2 GA, your preference.. OE Straps suck..

Near the battery box there is a bolt, it start there then it runs to/near the fuse box (fender)

After reading a poor ground starting issue thread, I am planning to add a second ground strap. I glanced up in there and it disappeared somewhere just above the starter heat shield.

That's the one I have not replaced yet. - I read those too, I'm using 8 GA made to length.

Eventually going to add another ground, but this is bugging the shit out of me. Does the ground leave from under the fuse box and go to the block? And should I really be concerned as to have it fixed right now or get it fixed when I can?
