OBD Port

Is there another OBD port besides the one under the dash?
I have a flashpag that I can not get to power up under my dash, works on another car though.

Check the fuse, there is only one port.

I believe that Fuse #22 powers the port.

Checked all the small fuses and they arent blown.
Nothing on the fuse box lid says obd, what else would I look for?
As a side note I looked at the electrical diaghram thread and didnt find anything helpful.
The wiring on the plug and port look un damaged.
I wanna flash my jeep

According to the wiring diagram...

The data link connector, pin 16, gets fused battery voltage through fuse M3.

My M3 is fr/rr lockers.
I just started putting fuses into all the open pins.
For example I don't have heated seats but I put the fuse into that slot.
There was a good half dozen that I stuck in
Long story short I got it to work, can't wait for the drive to work in the morning.

M3 is a fuse for multiple circuits; according to the wiring diagram, anyway.
