stability control on and off.

hello all. wife's 2014 JKU (oscar mike) is having an issue. * *A few weeks ago when driving down the interstate the cruse control kicked out and all the warning lights on the dash went off. *Kinda like stability control. * the MPH on the gauge also dropped and came back. * *I only did it a couple times. * *

Now It is doing it more and more. *At different speeds and on smooth roads and rough roads. also it does it with the wheel straight. *Before I start just changing parts I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

Thanks in advance.*

Standard electrical problem response, have you checked for loose or heavily corroded battery terminals? That can cause all sorts of problems.

I'll check them. I just changed the battery a couple months ago.

dont just visually inspect either. even a battery terminal can be "too loose" to cause problems like this but too tight to really take off or even wiggle by hand. Take a Socket and ratchet and tighten it down.

Also when this happens, do you lose power steering or throttle?
