Loose connector, what is for?

JKrs

I have 08 Rubi 2dr, couple weeks ago I found a loose connector on the drivers side front end.

More precisely next to the horn and the windshield cleaner reservoir, does someone knows what is that connector for?

this is not for the fog lights those are currently correctly wired, nor the temp or airbag sensors.

Thanks!

Here's a picture of where it goes on my Jeep. I think that's probably the same connector, and I believe it's plugging into a pressure sensor on the air conditioning system. I guess your Jeep doesn't have that sensor based on your pics for whatever reason, so I wouldn't worry about it.

In case confused, my washer reservoir and the plastic panel it sits on are not in my Jeep right now which is why it was possible to take this picture.

That connector may be for the opened-hood cutout switch for remote start.

Thanks Folks,

Reviewed the AC sensor and is there correctly wired.

I more believe it is for the hood light or signal of open door, I will measure if has some voltage.
