Question 2013 JK with factory Alpine system - Amp Issues

So, last night while test wiring an Infinity Basslink powered sub, I think I hosed my factory amp.

I had line level inputs in voice coil 1 or 2 on the factory sub harness. I (temporarily for testing) powered the Infinity Basslink from the rear power outlet. I jumped the remote power one and the old Infinity came to life, hit once or twice and popped the fuse (15a) in the power adapter plugged into the rear power outlet. The sub was grounded to the chassis.

Now the FACTORY rear Alpine sub is anemic. It sounds as though there is no sub driving it. Increasing head unit volume gets very little response from what was previous working. I have double checked that the voice coils are plugged in properly. I have visually checked M7, M10 and M12. Appear good.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Castigations?

It's very possible you blew the amp...but I can't tell you for sure. It's located up underneath by the pedals.
