Audio / Subwoofer Question

I have an '09 with the upgraded Nav head unit & subwoofer. I need to disconnect the sub for about a week to do some work in the back of the JK. Will it damage the audio system if I use the radio (CD player ...etc...) with the sub disconnected?
Thanks!

No just make sure the wires are secure and not touching, you should be fine .

The sub has a plug on the back of the enclosure. Just unbolt it and pull the plug. I believe that there are instructions on that in the owners manual.

Yep, just unplug and it'll be fine.
