clock spring extended warranty

I tried searching, but didn't see this posted anywhere. I just got a notice in the mail that my normal warranty is expiring but they have extended the warranty for my clockspring to 15 years/unlimited miles. they also included a reimbursement form in the event that I already had work done on the clock spring and paid for it out of my own pocket. sorry the pics are sideways.

I haven't had any clock spring issues myself, but thought you all would like to know...

I got one the mail yesterday for my 2014. Thing only has 15k miles on it so far and the Mopar life time Max care Plus so I was not concerned about things any ways.

I just talked to the max care people last week after paying off my JK. She mentioned the recall and said the parts are still on recall. Also said i would get a notification when it comes in.

Yeah, the recall for the "shroud" is still ongoing. There is a separate recall for the clockspring, if your dash light is illuminated.

Of course the service department had no clue about replacing the clockspring. They did know of the shroud recall, and knew all about it not being available. I would assume they knew about the shroud as it didn't involve them doing any work.

I got one in the mail yesterday too.
I'm confused though- my clock is digital. I don't think it has a spring....
