Wet interior/ electrical issues

So this is my first post, I have a 2013 rubicon with 26000 pr so miles. Last night I had the freedom panels and doors off.

It wasn't supposed to rain but classic germany it downpoured for 20 or 30 mins, and then the temp dropped down to 45 or so.

So this morning I go up and whem I started it the headlights won't turn on nor will with windshield wipers. The lights will turn on when I use the key fob to lock and unlock the car.

So I put the roof and door back on and am drying it out now, i am hoping that when it dries out it will be all good.

So long story short should i be worried or is it no big deal? Sorry for the long post this is my first jeep!

Close it up and put a dehumidifier inside.
