More navigation help

I have the factory navigation in a 2009 Jeep, and to me the female voice is not loud enough when you have the windows open or the tops off. Can someone tell me if the voice volume can be increased so an old man can hear it?

Push the button in the upper right hand corner of the touch screen.
The voice will repeat its last command, and during this time turn up the volume knob.

That should do the trick for you.

It's really quite simple, when in navigation mode press the menu button on the right side of the unit and the display will show several soft "on screen" buttons press Nav Settings then press Guidance Prompts and there is a volume slide on the bottom of the screen and you can set it as loud as the stereo system will play. There is even a test volume button to test if it is at the desired level for you.
