Interesting ignition switch issue after hemi swap

I've got about 400 miles on my 6.4 now and everything has been great so far...well until this quirk. I'm thinking it's the electrical side of the ignition switch , not the tumbler and it may not be related to the swap.

With the engine running I turn the key off and it takes 3 or 4 seconds to stop running, not dieseling or sputtering but just normal idle. So imagine you pull into your driveway, turn key off, remove key and as you're unclipping your belt...then it turns off.

Start up is fine, performance is fine...I'm stumped.

Thanx for the help.
