Hardtop wiring

I was looking into hooking up my rear wiper and defrost on my hardtop. When I bought my 11 jeep (used) it had a soft top on it. I was looking into the wire harness from mopar parts online and notice my jeep has the same switch on the turn signal and defrost. So I started looking around but can not find the harness any where. Shouldn't it be in the left hand corner same as the hardtop? I looked all the way to the roll bar behind the drivers seat nothing. I looked under the hood and the wiper fuse is in place not missing like my last jeep that was a soft top. Maybe they took the harness out can I buy just the wiring? I looked around (not the dealer yet) and nothing.

Pull back the carpet on the drivers side rear it might be hiding down there.

Here is the wiring harness. Doesn't look like you can just buy the harness. Here is the cheapest I found so far.
