Fog light blinkers

So I got to thinking about the engineering fail our turn signals are, and hit on the idea of making my fogs serve as supplemental blinkers when I finally splice the marker lamps into the blinking circuit.

First, is it even legal in PA? There's gotta be something on pacode.com, but it's Sunday, and I'm lazy.

Second, what would you need to what to make it work? Gotta be a simple splice, but I'm wondering about the difference in amp loads.

How are the turn signals a "engineering fail "??? They emit yellow light when told, and follow the classic jeep look by having round turn signals under round headlights......

And why the heck would you use your fog lights as turn signals?

technically, I'm thinking that flashing fog lights warrant a pull over by a cop..

In my past I was a delinquent and got pulled over for everything in the book.. And this would get my ass pulled to the curb sure as shit!

As for the fog lights blinking, good idea..(you must live in Arizona...where you would need that bright of turn signal because of so much damn sunlight..) BUT....

Put yellow film over them or get a colored bulb..

Dude, Dan ... No bad idea. With the absence of amber driver's on the other side of the intersection will be left and wondering weather or not they will have a seizure, duck for cover, get help or just simply realize what it is you have done when all you want to do is take a left.

Exclamation Blinkers

I'm in California. We don't use blinkers much as that is just a challenge to over drivers to cut us off!
