sPOD, Epitome of Great Customer Service
By now it is pretty common knowledge that sPOD John has awesome customer service and these posts praising his customer service are becoming pretty commonplace. Well, this guy just blew me away with the feedback and service I got from him.
I installed a Benchmark dual battery tray with a Smart isolator and wanted to wire the isolator to a momentary switch on the sPOD, so I could self boost myself by activating the momentary switch. After installing the momentary switch on the sPOD, nothing connected to the sPOD was working. I tested the main circuit breaker and determined that the Source was getting juice, but from there on I was lost, as I am no electrician.
I had a little panic attack and reached out to sPOD John. He called me back within 15 minutes and told me what to check, but by this time a thunderstorm was rolling through and I had to leave it until today. Today I found another fuse that kept on blowing with the momentary switch installed. sPOD John guided me via text to diagnose, and diagnosd himself from my feedback, FROM THE TOP OF HIS RV WHILE AT A COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL.
If he would have told me that he was on vacation and that he would help me upon his return I would have understood. But This man took approximately 2 hours of his time at the country music festival to help me and when we were done everything was working.
John went above and beyond what would be expected of good customer service. I know this is a little long winded and sounds a little patronizing, but customer service like that cannot go unappreciated and needs to be shared.
