Cooling fan issues Help

I have a 2010 wrangler unlimited sport and it has a cooling fan code PO480 control circuit open. We have put in a new fan new fuse and new relay. Now fan won't come one at all. Has anyone else this problem or can assist with this problem?

So a couple questions that might be obvious, but I'll ask anyway.

Did you also replace the voltage divider? Typically if you by a new fan motor (for the jeep anyway) it's the shroud, the motor, and the voltage divider.

If you didn't get a new divider, this could the what's bad.

If you did get a new divider, take a look at the pin-out on the replacement divider. I ordered one for my 2011 and the divider actually had one of the pins reversed. I ended up purchasing another divider from jeep directly.

You should also check and see if the fusible link to the divider is operable.
