Traction control light and strange error codes

After driving my 2012 JKU a while on the highway my traction control light came on and stayed on. On a separate occasion I had to brake while having my cruise control on and my brakes pumped weird and my BRAKE light came on. That only happened once. The traction control light happened 3-4 times now. Every time I turn the jeep off/on it resets. I had my buddy plug it in to read the codes at his shop. A C1252 (vacuum pump control circuit/performance) and a C0021 (brake booster performance) came up. Has anyone seen or heard of these codes/problems? My searching hasn't come up with anything. Many sites that list all the codes dont even have these codes listed. Thanks in advance.

ABS/DSC and SRS codes are in a different module and cannot be read by the average OBD2 reader. You need to pony up (usually over $100-150) and buy one with the additional support. I think Bosch makes one that you can pick up at oreilley. Look at the product comparison matrix on the back of the package to make sure it includes support for ABS/DSC.

something like this or a knock off:
http://www.amazon.com/Launch-Tech-Tr...qid=1438278894

you could have something as simple as a dirty or bad wheel sensor. steering wheel could be off center as well. pull a code to be sure. it sounds like you are triggering the ABS when you feel the pedal vibrate.

I get that sometimes on the highway going over road ripples. nothing lately, though.

My 2014 Rubicon Unlimited has the lost traction light problem. Had the clock spring , anti-lock brake sensor, and ignition switch replaced and still has the problem. Was told it might be the LED headlights that I put in.

Of course the dealer would point at modifications as the problem when they can not resolve the issue.
You might consider disconnecting the LED headlights and drive it around during the day to see if the problem reoccurs; that would rule out the headlights. I am not sure how the headlights would cause the problem you are having....
