Help me design a stereo

I havent done stereos in 20 years and have no clue. And with the new cage I am doing I need all new speakers etc. I know nothing about amps now either.

What I know

I am welding in speaker cans to the cage above the 2nd and third rows. There will be two 6.5 inch speakers above each row. I was thinking of using marine 2 or three way speakers here but dont care, I just want loud and clean.

I have to replace the stock front speakers due to the cage, but can use the tweater pods on the dash. I will either use 5.25 or 6.5 in the dash depending on what fits.

Head unit - unknown but I want navigation and would like it to accept a rearview camera. 2 din. Bluetooth etc.

Amp - unknown if I need one. The JL XD series seem a good size.
Crossovers - Do these come with the speakers?

So total there will be 2 dash speakers, 2 tweeter pods, 2 6.5 above teh 2nd row, 2 6.5 above the third row.

Any help or specific reccomendations on components would be great, including how to wire this.

I dont care about the price, as simpler is better and I want good parts.

07 JKU, 14 bolt rear/ Teraflex 60 front, Tera Long Arm, King Coilovers, 40" MT/R-Ks, Antirock etc. 430HP LS3 engine swap. Cage and 14 bolt swap thread-
