Newbie CB antenna Question

All right, this may be dumb, my brain comes up with some weird ideas sometimes.

But, could I get a second stock radio antenna and mount it on the drivers side were the "Trail Rated" badge is and use it with a CB, or are they completely different types of antennas and that wouldn't work.

I'm really only looking to use this for trails and don't care if I can't talk to someone 5 miles away so a shorter antenna isn't an issue.

My other thought was that I had seen a replacement for the stock radio antenna that looks like a CB antenna and then try to moount a real CB antenna to a stock radio antenna mount ( the black circle) and place were the badge is on the drivers side.

I like the look of dual matching antenna but would like to keep them "short" to avoid that cop car tuna boat look.

Any thoughts on this or is it just one of my CRAZY ideas.

you think that because i used to also. but on a trail ride hills rocks and trees will all interfere with the signal. line of sight on a highway, and using it on the trail are too different things.

also if there is a large group its nice to be able to hear the front if your in the back or vice-versa. or if you wanna talk to a group on the other side of the park.
