Backup light Instruction

Tools Needed:
Philips Screw Driver
Wire Stripper
Drill
Electrical Tape
Optional Tools:
Solder
Soldering Iron
Center Punch
Steps:
1. Remove Two inside screws and tail light assembly
2.(Optional) Remove backup light from housing
3. Strip Black wire
4. Strip White and Green wire
5.(Optional) Wrap stripped end of Black wire of the new light around striped section of the Black wire of stock light
6.(Optional) Wrap stripped end of Red wire of new light around stripped section of the stock White and Green wire
7.(Optional) Start Jeep Ensure E-Brake is on and Place transmission in reverse to ensure the lights work.
8. Disconnect new light
9. Drill hole and or install bracket
10. Run lights through to opening for the tail light
11. Re-install all wires
12.(Optional) Solder each sets of wire alone as shown
13. Tape over exposed wire and/or solder
14. Start Jeep ensuring E-Brake is on place in reverse and ensure light is working.
15. Re-install Tail light
16. Repeat all steps for opposite side
