Mygig and heat issues

Im not sure if i have a 730n RER or a 430n (uconnect is not available). It intermittently would go haywire but i would never really pin point a pattern until recently.
1- the screen becomes unresponsive sort of like highvoltage or low voltage but sound is fine
2- happens regardless of am/fm hdd or nav

I can almost with certainty now reproduce the issue by simply putting the heater on full blast blowing through the forward facing vents. Its less likely to happen through foot or defrost vents.

Ive googled for this behavior but havent found anything .
Any help is appreciated!
