Anybody know what this is called?



Anybody know what this is called? My SPAL fan finally crapped out on me and this thing started smoking after testing the fan. This came off the radiator fan shroud that the fan plugs into.

You need the smoke for that thing to work. You must put the smoke back inside it or get a new one that still has the smoke in it.
