Front windows stopped working, ideas?

My front windows won't go down, the rears work fine. I looked in the manual and could't find a fuse that feeds them. Anybody have any ideas? thanks

This is the second time I heard of this. A client of mine had this happen on his 07 last month, but then the next time he went out and started the Jeep it was fine, and hasn't done it since. The only thing I could think of was moisture in the connectors (just under the dash near the doors)? Did you wash it or run it through deep water recently? Hard freeze? Anything like that?

Mine has done this a few times over the years and shutting the Jeep off and restarting it has always fixed it. Our JK's are like a windows computer, needs a reboot at times I have the same thing happen with my sirius radio, volume doesnt work, shut jeep off restart and it works again. I know others have had the window problem also.

and the times it happened had nothing to do with deep water

I did have my passenger side switch stop working though it would go up but not down all the time then stopped working all together. I replaced the 4way switch in the dash, its really easy.

If it happened on tkob's Jeep and not one of mine, I guarantee it's water-related!

Happened to mine too about a year ago....odd that the window motor burnt out only after about 2 years but I just picked up a new motor for about $78 at the dealer and swapped it myself...might be a 30 min job.

That's happened to me several times. Windows won't work, but next time I start the Jeep they work fine. It doesn't happen enough for me to worry about it, but it does happen.

so, it seems to be nothing more than an electrical gremlin in my dash? I haven't been in water in a while, its just weird because they worked fine when I went to work in the morning yesterday, and after work they stopped. Thanks for the input.

It did happen to me just the other day. I turned off the jeep for a minute and when I turned it back on they worked fine and still are. No idea what caused it.
