Hardtop plug/connector

Does anyone know if I can buy the connector that plugs into the back of the hardtop? I want to wire my hardtop for the wiper and defroster, but i dont want to pay $175 for the kit. Does anyone know if i would be able to buy just the part that plugs into the plug already in the hard top? Here is a pic i found in another thread while i was doing a serch of the plug.

There's a lot more to the kit than the plug. It also includes the harness with pins that go into various connectors under the hood and dash, connections for the rear wiper, new wiper stalk with the rear wiper switch, and a new AC control panel with rear defroster switch. It also has to be activated by the StarScan tool as well, to get the defroster working. The kit is going to be your best option, trying to piece all that together will be very very expensive.

I just got the kit a few days ago. I'm heading back out to the garage now to finish it up. Let me just say.. Its a royal pain in the ass to install. Seems like an awful lot of work just to use a defroster and rear wiper. Ohh and the directions SUCK. Theres no words and the pictures don't really help too much. I got the kit for $155 then I have to get the computer flashed tomorrow to get everything working.

I Just finished mine up. Went back and double checked all the connections. I'm getting 12v's out of the rear defroster. When I try to start the jeep.. Nothing. It just keeps hesitating. This is really driving me nuts. I've had everything apart a few times to double check the wires and connections. I've checked the grounds. The rear defroster and wiper don't even work and now the jeep doesn't start. Any suggestions ( other than rip out the harnesses and throw them out).

I would throw it out. The wiper is a pos blocking half your rear view.

Edit: Oh you said other than...no sorry.
