A couple of electrical gremlins

Recently I have encountered the stock stereo (single cd, non-satellite, no mygig) cutting out for a second once in a great while; then, today while driving to work, I got a ding (similar to low fuel ding) and the battery icon stayed lit up, and wipers worked really slow...got to work, turned off the Jeep for a while, and started again, all was normal.

Any thoughts?

BTW, 5 days of warranty left. 3 yrs is up Monday.

If you only got 5 days left on the warranty I don't why you're talkin to us. Get your tail down to the dealer dude!

We had the radio problem...Dealer already knew there was a problem with them and put in a new one. But it took about three weeks to get our stuck cd's back.

only prob though is.... if it is "normal" now they won't do squat if they can't see it happen in front of them Good luck

scene: Agaudo smashes cockroach to provoke ventura
Agaudo: Homicide!, ventura how you gonna solve that one?
Ventura: Good question Agaudo, first I'd establish a motive..in this case the killer saw the size of the bugs dick and became insanely jealous!

Exactly. No apparent problem, no fix. If the battery icon comes up again, I will go straight over to the dealer to make sure they see it. That way they will have record of the problem previous to warranty expiring.

If, when the battery icon showed up this morning, the computer thought there was a problem...would it have stored an error code that the dealer could see with a scan? Or is that gone now that the icon disappeared?
