Unhappy Fog light alignment

Factory fogs were moved to a new ARB bumper and I need to align them. The alignment screw on one side seems to point down and on the other points up. Is one light up side down? Do you adjust them from the bottom? Help please.

both screws have to be on the bottom.... made the same mistake when I installed my Rugged Ridge bumper.

Thanks man. Turned over the wrong one and aligned. Now people won't be flashing high beams at me when I have fog lights on!!
