If your running a cb buy a match maker and get rid of your stock antenna. The match maker allows you to run your fm/am signal through you cb antenna and it works great.

I took a look at the match maker...I'ma ssuming since it has standard antenna ends, you'd need to modify it wo work with the factory radio Farka contectors?

I bought an adapter from a stereo shop for like ten bucks or so

Got mine last weekend... works good..good signal, some weaker stations reception is degraded in random situations, but still ok.. price is right and includes the jeep adaptor, which most do not.

I have this antenna as well. I love it. I have had it for a few months. It works just as good as the full size in my area. I actually get a little bit better signal than in my other car. Go for it. Great price and a good product.

I did this for my setup, and love it. I can even get most radio stations if I have my CB antenna disconnected.

The match maker I got was from FireStik, AR-1A, http://www.rightchannelradios.com/po...itter-279.html or http://www.firestik.com/Catalog/AR-1A.htm.

You will need an adapter to get the match maker to connect to the radio, I used this one, http://www.amazon.com/Metra-40-EU20-.../dp/B000329HF4.

Hopefully this info helps
