ESP/BAS Light after Hearter Core Replacement

Hi everyone!
About a week ago I tore into my 08 bone stock Wrangler. I had the cold air on drivers side and hot air on passenger problem. I had already ordered the parts to do the heater core and blend box, so I went ahead and replaced them both. Nothing wrong with blend box, sawed heater core in half and it was half clogged. Anyways, the jeep is back together, and has great heat. The only problem now is that I cant get my ESP/ BAS light to go out after having the dash and steering column out. I know there are many threads about this problem, but most are associated with offroading that could have messed up alignment. I don't see anything wrong with my steering wheel alignment. Besides all I did was pull it and put it back. Seeing as there is only one way the column will go in I don't think that anything changed there. I'm going to have the Stealership put their scanner on it later today, but would like your opinions before I sign off on a $110 recalibration.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
By the way hank you Mysta2 for all the pictures on your thread of heater core replacement. This helped a lot!
