rubicon locker help

hey guys not a jk owner but useing jk parts so i figure this is the best place to ask for help

a little background
2000 grand cherokee with a jk d44 4:10 e locked factory

my issue
e locker wireing/engagement i hard wired the locker plug because this jeep doesent have a wireing harness for the locker. i ran one pos and one neg with a fused switch but it doesent matter witch way i wire it up as far as i can tell the locker is not engageing. i hear no click the read soesent chatter around corners and both tires arent spinning if i brake stand the jeep. what am i missing?

Which plug did you use the axle has two plugs on it? The one on the side is the plunger and is just a switch to tell you when the locker is engaged. The plug on the top of the axle housing is the one that engages the locker.

that is my problem then i was told the one closest to the pinion is the on off one your a god thanks man

Well, all I know is that I want to see pics of a GC with rubi D44s under it! Sounds like a nice build.
