well this was funny..ish
yesterday evening a small box from Delta showed up....not with my quad bar headlight but with a pair of H3 light bulbs.
I called them immediately and was originally told, that is what I ordered. hmmm $70 pair of H3's thanks but no thanks.
I was told she would have to call me back when the supervisor was available to look into this. 20 minutes later she did call back, thankfully. Although she told me I had to ship those back to them so they could look into it and then process my head light. HELL NO! I was not wasting my dollar to ship their mistake back to them AND have to wait 1-2 weeks for a new light.
argued with her heavily and sent her a picture of the box/label/contents to which she said she forwarded to the supervisor and he will call me back the next day. I was not content and demanded results.
Finally got to speak with "supervisor" (which according to the first lady her and the super are the only two who take the calls/orders) and he said he went down to the packing/shipping area and looked through the paperwork and my shipping label was placed on the wrong box. duh.
He did offer to ship me a new light right then, but would take until next Wed/Thur to arrive. still not happy. He upped it to 2nd day air and I have a tracking number right now. hopefully it is right this time.
on the not so bright side he told me to keep or trash the H3's
overall....not happy with them still, but they are appearing to try and help.
