Really Quadratec?!?!?

I just spent 10 minutes on hold before I finally gave up and hung up the phone before talking to anyone. And why did I call in the first place, to tell them I get 4 copies of their catalog under 3 different names, and 2 different addresses. How do they expect to make any money if nobody ever answers the damn phone. I give up with this company I'd rather order my shit through another company even though q-tec is about 30 minutes from my house. Not to mention they now offer a LOWERING KIT are ya fuckin kidding me.

Ok rant over I feel better now just needed to vent. We now return you to your regularly scheduled thread...

By The Way JEEPERSHEART has the sickest cut front fender job I have ever seen. I wouldn't bust on him and by no means did he want to lower his jeep..

After today I would deal with RCO first as I like being able to talk to people that matter. I'm a small business owner and know what giving a customer an answer means. I have dealt with this with other company's (some on this site) that cant give you the time of day. It sucks..

jeepersheart, sorry for the long hold time. It has been crazy around here lately, and I know that's no excuse. Please send me a PM with your information and I will get that catalog issue resolved. We are here to help. Also we are happy to hear everyone enjoys our catalogs, we work very hard on them!

It is weird they always want to know what kind of Jeep I drive when I place an order...and then stuff a catalog in the box! I mean, I never call in and order like some old blue haired lady..I do my stuff online and try to avoid talking to CSR peeps if at all possible. That being said, this week, I placed an order for some spacers...they were on back order...called up and the dude switched them to Spydertrax and I had them the next day...and they gave me my 10% off from the York show and free shipping credited back to my card! Overall, a very good experience. I don't think there pricing is always the best, but they will work with you if you call in and talk with someone.
