crank window's!!!!

the put them right where my knee rests against the doors and after a while it hurts I wish the put them lower or my dumb ass got them when I was purchasing my truck so if anyone has a fix I'm all ears so here is a big to the jeep designers on that one! lol

Yep, if you work it back and fourth while pulling it away from the door it will just pop off. I pointed mine straight up while rolled up and it worked just right.

Then I perm fixed it when I traded for half doors...

There's a harness and the switches are in the dash center stack. Then you have to get the PCM flashed so it tells the window module to roll down when you press the switch.

On your original question, when we go on long trips even w/power windows it annoys my knee so I just stick a pillow, shirt or something between the door panel and my leg.

........My other hobbies include: Older cars and trucks; Spending money on unfinished projects, and continuing to not finish them...

How about a kit like the this?

There are many power window conversion kits available and are reasonably priced. I don't think power windows would be controlled by the PCM. Should just be power, ground and switch.
