Thank you for the encouraging words. To be honest, we were not aware of a bad reputation with the site when we made the purchase. Our mistake. We are still considering changing the name and still may do so. We will probably give it another few weeks to decide. We know there are unhappy past-customers out there. The best we can do for them is offer additional discounts for their inconvenience. But, we also have very pleased customers ... customers who have received their orders at very competitive prices.
