Damn hard top

I have an 07 unlimited and when I first got it, the hard top would ALWAYS leak(lucky me im in florida) after a couple months, the leak went away. Last couple days its been raining in gainesville and every time i get in my car there is a puddle infront of the shifter/coin holder than goes all the way down underneith the e brake anyone try putting a better seal between the front two pieces?

I put some of foam on the panels. The stuff you buy in rolls at home depot that is supposed to go between a truck bed and a camper shell. It's about an inch or so wide. It stopped mine from leaking and got rid of some wind noise too.

My 07 leaked when i got it and the dealer fixed it right away.I think there was a TSB on it and they had a foam kit ready for it. Haven't had a problem since.

got Jeep got stuff, never enough of the right stuff tho

Am I in deep enough yet?

The only time mine has leaked was because the weatherstrip on the freedom panels was not properly seated. Maybe check that first before you visit the store or dealer.

It's not unusual for t-tops or other tops like the Freedom panels to need to be resealed periodically depending on heat fluxuations. I would pull mine off, wipe off the contact surfaces and put them back together. Like stated above, if they keep leaking, have the dealership fix it.
