Damn, I can't even comprehend that way of thinking. That's a whole new level of stupid. The fucked up part is, he would want everyone else to also die by denying them the right to protect themselves. That's not cool.

Your friend should be ass raped at knife point. Might change his mind.

That's what I told him. We are no longer friends, our mutual friends have guns and don't mention guns around him. He is just a libitard that needs to be culled.

Is he the one of the "peaceful protesters" aka Antifa that believes in free speech just so long as it is speech approved by the liberal left?

Yet one more reason I am glad to no longer live in Colorado...

Only way someone can have my guns is prying them out of my cold dead hands.

He just acts like it, when it comes down to fist throwing time, he will fold like a stack of cards.

I know its just the video but it literally looks like the hail is coming from multiple directions and being directly targeted towards the Excursion like a magnet.

Welcome to the hood

My kid had that same toy that's parked in front of your Excursion. I really learned to hate that damn zebra.

What day was that on?

We closed up there in May but I'm still back and forth between CO and NM until we close the sale of our house in NM in a few weeks. We've had some rain while up there, but no hail. Of course I'm used to the sort of weather where you get precipitation in one area and a few blocks away, nothing at all.

I gotta be me cause everyone else was already taken.

My F150 got over $7k in hail damage from a storm in frederick a month ago too. Fun Colorado weather.

Just a heads up for your National Forest shooters. With the fire ban look at the counties websites for bans on shooting. Park County is one that will hit you with a $1k fine and court date.

We'll need to push the vote this November. I'm a little worried that these yahoos will push for anti gun, anti drilling, and tax the shit out of us if they get the Gov and both houses.

We were under level three fire conditions in Teller County, so you couldn't even use a gas grill outside. It put a little bit of a damper on the 4th. I was going to smoke a couple racks of ribs, but given the conditions and all it didn't bother me. I get it. We're back down to level two as of this week but just had another little fire last night, although it was started by lightning, I wouldn't even think of going out shooting in the forest lately. I'm not sure but I think the fines were even higher here.

I gotta be me cause everyone else was already taken.

You're right on. that! The Libs from Boulder have fully asserted themselves in the whole Metro area. The ballot box is our only hoe. The Bloomberg type thinker have so much money to throw at gun control it's ridiculous . We have to win! When I got out of the Military in 1970 I never thought I would see this kind of garbage against the 2nd & Constitution.

Let's hope that the NRA will really push hard at getting the message across and get the vote out, and by NRA I mean the members not just the administrators. Protecting the 2nd amendment is about a lot more than just gun rights. It's the keystone for all the others.

That really goes to illustrate how crazy weather can be. You're over there on the Southwest area of town and we're over on the East side with probably only two and a half to three miles straight line distance between us. It isn't like Woodland Park is all that big. We had overcasts and dark clouds most of that week. We had maybe some light sprinkles, but we didn't really get any rain until around the 5th I think. Definitely no hail.

I gotta be me cause everyone else was already taken.

yup, couldn't even smoke cigarettes in public. I could see the smoke from our house for the latest fire. Think they are 70% contained now

That would be a single cell storm. One particular cumulonimbus dropping hail in it's path.

Everyone gets it when you have a front consisting of multiple cells, line abreast.

Riding home on my Blackbird from work one day, it was raining. Kept getting heavier & hail started, along with poor visibility. There were a bunch of cars huddled under a bridge just as the highway started going up to the mountains. I decided not to stop, since I didn't like the idea of someone who doesn't slow down enough, finding them the hard way.

About one or two hundred meters further along, I rode out of the hail & onto dry road...

Ever been hit by a paintball at close range? I had paintball like bruises on my arms, through my leathers, even though I had slowed down to <60kph & hid behind the screen as much as possible, when I got to the hail. Had to laugh at the thought of the people hiding under the overpass for who knows how long to wait for the storm to pass, though.

You are a "little worried" when they are running on a platform to do exactly that!? They have vowed their first order of business will be to repeal TABOR. And they won't be doing that to lower taxes!

Not trying to sound like an ass; more like sounding the alarm! This is exactly what they will do if they take control of the state. Personally, I am not a little worried, I am a LOT worried.

As recent arrivals to Colorado, hopefully we can provide some reinforcing fires on this vote. Liberal idiots moving into the state bringing their stupid ass voting patterns with them, same as they have done in other states that have flipped from Blue to Red. We had dinner with some folks we meet through our church. They had just moved from California to escape the high taxes and they were already talking about the need to raise taxes here in Colorado to pay for better schools and parks. Dumbasses.

Love living here, we have lots of family in the Springs and up in Denver. Went camping and wheeling up around Buena Vista last weekend, nice to be so close to the trails.
