Ball joints

Hi Boys

I am looking for the synergy heavy duty ball joints for the DANA 30. Does Northridge4x4 or NSOR sell these? I am looking for the full set of uppers/lowers. Any help on who sells them in Canada with free/cheap shipping would be best.

Also, Axle U-joints any recommendations? greaseable???

Side note: Which are the better C-gussets? EVO or TeraFlex? I am leaning towards the EVO. How much time to weld these baby's on? Just trying to get a ball park price....getting prepared to move up to 35's this spring!

I'm pretty sure Stan carriers those ball joints. If you want I can ask hm when I see him tomorrow.

As for the u-joints. Just say screw it and get rcv's. ;-)

Polly might be a good product. Service wise...meh.
Last summer they had the ball joints back ordered, but with a waiting list. Matt from BCC ordered a full set for me in aug or thereabouts. I called him a couple weeks ago, he called them.
They had re-supplied at least once, but didn't bother to let him know. So now I gotta keep waiting.
At least the stockers are holding up longer than I anticipated.
I have evo c gussets. Like the look and they seem to work.

I was on the first order and I received mine right away I've had them in now for 6months or more and couldn't be happier with them plus I love that their are greasable.

Poly makes C-gussets as well, similar to the EVO. If you are paying shipping from Poly already, may be cheaper to go with their gussets as well.

I can flat rate them up there for $20. Actually 4 sets will fit in a box if a couple of you guys want to save on the shipping.

Talked to Stan today and he does carry the ball joints. If I remember correctly it was around 250 for the four of them.

That is what I was thinking to do Balljoints, C-s & Sleeves in one shot... just before I upgrade to 35's in April/May.

Good call. I did my ball joints and c- gussets when I was on 35's then when I went to 37's we did sleeves. I had not bent the axels but they weren't straight either. I should have done it all at once. But I glad its done now

I just did my BJ's, C-gussets and sleeves last week.

Personally I wouldn't have a shop do the work for you. Find a buddy that can weld if you cannot and do the work yourself. The key to the project is a good ball joint press.

The uppers suck a donkeys hangdown to get in, but you will learn a bunch about your rig and save some major cash in the process.

Jason....Did you blow up your stock axle shaft on your JKU Jason??? My stocker ball joints are getting a little worn out so I figure I will change them out with some Poly one's this spring. I may let my stock axle shaft nuke and then get some chromo shafts.
