BCJC Toyrun

Any of you guys going?
I will be there, but whats the plan for wheeling? Sounds like it might be a massive cluster fuck, I have done it the few past years..... Keep the CB turned off.

Maybe we can meet everyone then split off and head out on our own? Hale will get pretty small , really fast.
Any ideas?

I'm going. It'll be the only chance I get to wheel the new lift for a few months I think. I might see if we can stay at a friends place in Mission on the Saturday night so it's not such a long drive.

Cool, so we could maybe get a JKO sub group out there? Like 6 rigs or so?

Let keep an eye of the other thread and pick a spot away from the main group.

That could work why don't we make our own break off run say start at weaver head to francis, then over to some where else.

I'm heading the opposite direction of Rubicronic and will be up in Whistler that day. Have fun, should be a lot of JK's there this time.

Went for one run today Dillion. Hardpacked and icy on the runs, hardpacked, crusty or icy in the trees. Hope it snows for you. Don't forget, free parking in Creekside underground and at Base 2, all the day lots are like 10bucks a day now.

As for the toy run, are you guys wanting to avoid Hale all together, or do you want to stop there briefly and than break away from the main group. I wouldn't mind stopping there as I have only been there once before. Do you want to stop for a hot lunch, or brown bag it and eat on the go?

Also, as I'm still running 32s I don't want to keep you guys from running any trails.

Cool. I'll bring my bbq. Its not the biggest, so we might need another one. Its got a burner for a kettle too so we can have some hot drinks as well.

We could shoot down theso called hard trail to Hale, then over to Fossil beach maybe?

It looks like the creeks down the easy trail are really ripping this time of year. There are a few pictures in the BCJC thread.

I miss my sled. My jeep won't see much wheeling for a while either after the toy run...except when the plow passes my driveway and when I get to the day lots before the plows do.
